How To Enter the Sweepstakes:  The harringtonplastics.com “Website” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) April 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM PT March 31, 2008 (“Promotion Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes online, you must do all of the following during the Promotion Period: (i) register for the promotion at www.harringtonplastics.com/registration.cfm by providing your provide your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. You will receive one (1) entry into a random drawing for an Apple iPod Nano as further described below).  To enter the Sweepstakes by mail:  Hand print your first name, last name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, and your evening phone number on a 3"x 5" card and mail the 3"x 5" card in a #10 envelope to: Harrington Industrial Plastics “Website Sweepstakes” 14480 Yorba Avenue, Chino, California 91710.  Failure to provide all of the required information will result in your entry being disqualified.  Non-winners will not be notified.  Mail-in entries must be mailed separately and postmarked by March 31, 2008 and received by April 10, 2008.  No mechanical reproductions of entries permitted. Maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day per person regardless of method of entry.  Harrington Industrial Plastics, LLC (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible entries or postage due mail. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  All information provided to Sponsor when registering for, and participating in, the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s then-current privacy policy located on the harringtonplastics.com site. 
Drawing for Sweepstakes Winners:  There will be a total of four (4) random drawings, as described in Section 3 below.  The total number of winners for each drawing are identified in Section 3 below.  Potential Sweepstakes prize winners will be determined from among all eligible entries received (posts and mail-ins) during the entire Promotion Period.  The drawings for all winners will occur on or about July 1, 2007, October 1, 2007, January 2, 2008 and April 10, 2008.  The drawing will be conducted under the direction of Sponsor’s VP of Marketing whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  Limit one prize per person.

Prizes: Each winner will receive an Apple iPod Nano. 
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $200.00 each. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $800.00.  No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted.  Prize subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. TAXES, AND ALL OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.  Odds of winning depend on the total amount of eligible entries received for the drawing.  Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only.
Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open to confirmed registered members of harringtonplastics.com who are legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry. (Mail-in entrants need not be registered members of harringtonplastics.com.) Employees of Harrington Industrial Plastics LLC, their subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible to enter or win.  Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
Prize Notification:  Sponsor will notify winners by email on or about July 15, 2007, October 15, 2007, January 15, 2008 and April 25, 2008. The notification email will be sent to the email address provided by you when registering for the Sweepstakes and will contain instructions on how to redeem your prize. If prize notification email is undeliverable the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, or dispose of any proper names, likenesses, and photographs without further consideration or payment to the entrant online, in print, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions in all media (including and without limitation, the internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
